Second page limit break requirement

- To open the 2nd Slot page, your Hero has to be level 40 and has opened all of the Slots on the 1st Slot page.
This isn't quite the case for me. All my LB'd unit can be categorized into 3 categories :
- Full red LB
- Full green and blue LB
- Full 3 colors LB
What I've observed is :
- Full red LB units can't access any on the second page
- Full green and blue LB units can start ANY LB on second page.
I wonder, between the 2 types, does anyone found tighter bound? Like can the unit with full red LB and some filling on red/blue LB on first page would allow the unit to start the second page LB?
