Getting back to it from Console to PC

So I used to play 7 days to die on console ALL the time. I’m not saying I was good or made crazy builds because I was always busy but I did manage to set up bases and even max out tool and weapons levels you know? I’m now trying it on PC and I bought the double to play with my brother but I just want some general help? I want to at least have some knowledge like I used to but I was trying to level the tools how I used to and it’s different? So anyone want to explain general tips and mechanics for me?
