am i the only one who's noticed antibiotics/honey/etc.. are extremely rare in this game? my last 2 worlds i was in (horde night permadeath) I made it all the way to day 25 before DYING TO INFECTION

a bit more context, I loot every pharmacy i come across no matter what level on instinct. I see drugstore, i need drug. I farm trader loot like crazy. I fly through every house and foodstore i see. I'm a loot goblin by nature, and i usually end up with over 20-30 legendary parts before ever seeing even ONE antibiotic. If it wasn't for the honey I can (rarely) find time to pull from stumps, I don't think i would have seen any infection medicine in any of the runs i've done since october. is my luck just that shit, or is something up with loot spawns/seeds?
