I looted the piggy bank and lockpicked 5 things
- Police car - broke 27 lockpicks
- ATM - broke non
- Big safe - broke 2 4 ATM - broke 1
- ATM - broke 2
So I assume it’s designed to be difficult for us to lockpicks police cars so you set off the alarm, which people pointed out is good xp killin the mobs, and I ended up using my lvl 5 steel pick on the police car which killed it in 5-6 swings anyway
