I had a tier 4 mission from Traitor Joel. I looked everywhere and I couldn't find the satchel. It was at Judy Witch. I cleared all of the zombies yet when I looked for the satchel I couldn't see it. It would say that it's near and I would get .5 meters away. Then I would take a step and all of a sudden I would be 1 meter or 1.5 meters away. It made it seem like the satchel was in above the doorway. I hit the blocks and I still couldn't find the loot. I think that the mission was glitchy or something because I couldn't for the life of me recover the satchel. I had to just leave the area and fail the mission. Maybe I could have reloaded the game while I was still in the mission and it would have let me find the satchel?
