I'm on Day 14 in Alpha 21.1 and I still haven't found water filters or the helmet filter mod

Maybe it's just bad luck in this game but I haven't been able to find any water filters for dew collectors. Nor have I been able to find a water purifier mod for a helmet. I've been struggling with thirst. It seems like whenever I find murky water I end up converting it into drinkable water and then using it right away. I'm playing a game on the Navezgane map. Any help trying to find a water purifier or the blueprints for the helmet mod?
