Starting Monday!

On Monday I'll be starting the 75 soft! I was wondering if there were some tips and tricks to help, specifically in the mental region and staying committed. I have Adhd and it's hard to do one thing for more than maybe a week, so I'm hoping there will be some ways to help me stay with it.
Also what types of diets and clean eating did you all do?
