Warning- RANT.

I joined this sub right as I was starting 75 hard. I’m really enjoying the routine, and discipline involved in completing 75hard. I am frustrated at the amount of posts and comments that undermine some of the key points of the program. It’s not rocket science, it’s not an alien codex that needs interpreted. It’s a handful of black and white rules to be followed for 75 days. Im reading posts and comments everyday where the water consumption is being challenged, or criticized. One commenter said they’ve been an elite athlete since high school and they don’t need that amount of water to stay hydrated. Awesome for you! You’re such a superior being, just don’t do 75 hard then! The rules are simple. If they’re not for you, you’re not a bad person. But you’re not doing 75 hard if you’re looking for excuses the entire time.

Look at the first rule of the top link that tells you water is the only rule that can be modified only if you have been medically advised.

I am sorry if you read my statement wrong or if i worded it wrong. What i am trying to say is that water if your concerned about the amount of water you have to drink then consult a medical professional first. That is what is says here -

Of course one if the goals of the challege is to increase your water intake but drinking a gallon is different to a large man than it is to a small woman. Not everyone should be drinking a gallon a day and i think if you have consulted a doctor and they tell you that you shouldn’t then obviously put your health first.
