Was reading random book summaries earlier today and stumbled upon 75 hard. Say no more, I'm in. Drinking my last coffee for 75 days. Added some rules, will post updates here and on my social channels aswell. My 75HARD will look like this:

Fitness & Health:

  • Two 45-minute workouts – One must be outdoors
  • Cold shower – 2 minutes daily
  • Dead man hang – 1 minute daily
  • Walk 10,000 steps – Every day

Diet & Nutrition:

  • Strict diet – No cheat meals or alcohol, nicotine or caffeine
  • No sweets, added sugar, or junk food – Exception: homemade jam and honey
  • Eating window – 7 AM - 5 PM (Wednesday is a fasting day)

Mental Toughness & Self-Improvement:

  • Read 10 pages – Non-fiction daily
  • No screen time – 1 hour after waking up and after 8 PM
  • Gratitude journal – Write 3 things you're grateful for daily

Lifestyle & Discipline:

  • Drink 1 gallon of water – Daily
  • Take a progress photo – Every day
  • No shaving – Exception: Mustache correction allowed
  • Tech-free meals – No devices during meals
