Okay so obviously doing 75 Hard multiple times (2 times and a third with a failure on day 57) gives me a complex, doing this program multiple dimes has developed a deep respect for the integrity of the steps Andy created.
Since it’s new years, everyone and their mothers are doing 75 Hard (which is great, but also do it right). Sooooo many people are doing 75 Hard and for some reason, skipping the outdoor workout step?? Drinking 100oz of water instead of the full 128?
Seeing this kind of irks me because if you’re going to be boastful about doing the program, my goodness, get the rules straight. The whole point is no deviation, no altering, following the program EXACTLY as intended or else it’s never 75 Hard.
Am I the only one who gets so annoyed witnesses people do the program with clear indications that they think it’s a cute little trend ?
For some people the full 128 isn’t suitable for them, for example a doctor may of told them it is unhealthy to drink that much so this definitely is subjective

Andy has said himself that if you need to alter the water then you can if it’s medically recommended
