Last time time I did this I lost 60 lbs. need to give it another go. Wish me luck!

Starting at 158.8 lbs plan to cut to 140 with high protein and 2k gross calories diet. I am doing a calisthenics push/pull/legs split coupled with a daily ab circuit. Other workout will be a daily 5k.

Would also love to finally learn to handstand and a floating 90 degree hold too during this time.
