Those who are currently doing this challenge right now how do you stay disciplined and make sure you do everything you need to do daily ? Did you already have a good sense of discipline before starting or has this helped you with that ?
I struggle with consistency and discipline and that's mainly why I want to try this challenge of course getting in shape will be a nice bonus as well Any tips you guys have ?
