Just getting back from a great two week vacation in Greece. I’m not generally a big drinker, but on my last night I went a little far and have felt like crap all day today (threw up 28 times today so far). I’m flying back and working a camp this weekend before going back to normal life on Monday.
I’m looking for someone to join me or someone who’s early in the process and would like to do a daily check in for the first week or two and then maybe switching it to weekly.
About me: 43 year old male, in decent shape. Been doing CrossFit for 3.5 years but have recently dropped my membership and just doing the normal gym thing. I created a list of things I want to do daily on top of the 75 Hard (like using my sauna and cold plunge a certain amount of times a week, practicing Duolingo, etc). Just looking for someone to help motivate and keep my accountable.
