Got diagnosed with a bad upper respiratory infection.

Pretty strong symptoms

Just curious, if anyone else had a similar situation and how they managed it?

I'll say that the gallon of water is actually very helpful right now.

I've scaled back the intensity of my workouts to focus more on slower paced weight training, walking, and yoga.

I probably have another day or two before symptoms scale down to a more normal cold & flu which is manageable.

Any guidance to help decongest would be helpful as well.

Thank you all.
