I am on day 24 and have been doing the Whole 30 diet. This has been hard for me because over the last 43 years (lol) I eat whatever I want, whenever I want. Thankfully, my metabolism has been strong for at least 35-40 of those years.
That being said, I chose the whole 30 diet in order to challenge myself. Like most of us (I would assume) we start to reduce inflammation/bloat and feel “normal” again that we haven’t felt in a long time or maybe ever?
The last two days I have had BBQ and have been farting up a storm (tmi?) - this is the first time I have been able to pinpoint a food that doesn’t agree with my body/gut.
I also had steak (that wasn’t grass fed) a while ago and I was definitely feeling that too!
Have you had this experience? What foods don’t agree with you?
