I am on day 17 tomorrow and Iām laying in bed thinking about my weight. As you can see I dropped BIG TIME the first week. It was like a pound a day. Honestly, most of it was water weight and inflammation. I was a big beer drinker. I think my face even lost weight. Anyway, Iām starting to plateau and (as you can also see) Iām burning over 1000 active calories a day.
My typical week so far has been walk every morning about 2.5 miles and then a mixture of workouts between upper, lower, and core exercises for my second workout. There is no real schedule I follow. Sometimes I go for a long 4 mile run on the weekends and/or during really nice weather.
Should I keep my same routine for a bit longer and see if I naturally burn fat aka lose weight, or change up my workouts to something more intense in the morning other than walking? OR be more intentional with my weight lifting?
