What are some best practices to manage recovery?
My workouts basically consist of:
Workout 1: Weight Lifting split into Push/Pull/Legs
Workout 2: Walk 45m. Yoga once a week. Swimming once a week.
How do y'all manage recovery and prime yourselves for muscle growth with working out 2x a day for 7 says a week?
