Surprise small win: Discovered outdoor fitness equipment on the trails near my house.
Most rewarding: Reading "As a Man Thinketh". It's eye opening. Here's an excerpt. "Thought allied fearlessly to purpose becomes creative force. He who knows this is ready to become something higher and stronger than a bundle of wavering thoughts and fluctuating sensations.
Most challenging: Nausea after drinking a whole bunch of water before working out.
Needing to pee multiple times through the afternoon and had a weird energy crash late afternoon.
Lesson learnt: Opt for quality books over mid to low grade TV. It'll take you places. Persevere.
