Hey everybody. I am currently on Day 8 of the challenge so things are still new. I honestly have been able to juggle everything super well. It is a pain but I am managing. I was already pretty active before this, working out most days by lifting or walking a few miles. Now, my only problem is how much more I am sleeping. I used to be okay with a good 8 hours(some days I would nap for 30 minutes). Yet, ever since I started, no matter how much I sleep, I still struggle waking up in the morning, I take long naps, and I fall asleep so early. Did this happen to anyone else? Does it ever pass?
