Hi all, I’ve been considering doing 75 Hard for probably a year now, but always made excuses about why I couldn’t fit it in or why it wouldn’t work.
Last Saturday I just decided to go for it and I’m so glad I did. I feel tired but in a good way, and so proud of myself for getting the workouts in especially.
I’m just over 4lb down which I will definitely take, that’s about 10% of my goal for this year. Two recovery workouts on the cards today (I’m writing this on my morning walk) and another day of hitting all the goals!
If you’re in this sub deliberating about starting, my best advice would be don’t overthink it, just make the decision to start because you can make it work for you.
