bit of a stupid question but is it okay to do 75 hard at 17 , i turn 18 next year but plan on starting it jan 1st does it have any negative effects i plan to follow all rules making no changes so i will be in a calorie deficit as a diet change , drinking plenty of water and everything else im interested in doing it as a mental challenge to help me with discipline
