How do you get through a large exam?

Did my English language mock today and almost cried when I realised I was only halfway through. (The person behind me started sobbing). It’s difficult to plan on the spot and to write for so long. Being conscious of what you’re doing makes it even harder.. Does anyone have any mind tricks to make this more bearable?

I know the content but the repetition is unbearable and knowing you have 4 large questions doesn’t really help the emotional side of things. Yes I know I signed up for this xD I wouldn’t trade it, surprisingly
