Is there any disadvantage to doing Alevels in different places?

I started my French alevel before the end of year 11 as my parents enrolled me in an online school with a tutor. However, I’m taking two other subjects, English language and Business, at a sixth form, starting in September. My new sixth form has offered to allow me to sit my French exam there when i need to, but as I’m doing two subjects there I will have to do some of my French in my frees when other people are in classes. Is there a disadvantage to this and should I take any measures to keep my work at a good quality while learning from two different places? Any advice is appreciated, I’m very nervous :)
