6th formers with adhd, what are your coping strategies?

Advice specific to revision, schoolwork homework, getting overwhelmed, organisation etc

I donโ€™t see this talked about enough for people our age, so Iโ€™m wondering if people have any advice to share!! ADHD is a spectrum of course, but maybe some things here will help people :)

Here is some advice I have: - when making revision plans, add a free slot every other day to catch up on work without stressing too much (if itโ€™s not used you can do whatever you want with it) - body doubling (study next to someone who is also studying to limit distractions) - set timers to avoid diving too deeply into a topic (and keep a sheet of paper by you to write down random thoughts so they leave your head) - vary topics
