Is it normal to be sore/hurt everywhere?
Post Body

Iโ€™m no couch potato, but I donโ€™t work out at the gym either. Seems like for a few years now (52 f) everything is sore/hurts all the time. Getting out of a chair, I have to walk a few steps like Frankenstein before I can walk normally again. Constantly stretching my shoulders (trapezius) and neck and back, arms, legs, even feet! I walk for exercise a few days a week. Iโ€™m neither thin nor obese. Anyone else?

Comments

That's certainly somewhat normal if you aren't certainly active
