Can I hire someone to cut out armor pieces for me?

Hello everyone! I’m currently looking to purchase my own stormtrooper armor, specifically off of Etsy. However, I’m in something of a pickle, as I do not have either the time or the tools to properly cut and assemble the armor from the kit. I have yet to actually buy the armor, but just out of curiosity, is there a place where I could take the kit to have someone else cut it out for me? Or would it just be better for me to purchase an already assembled set of armor, even with the additional costs? For context, I live in the DC area, and my local garrison is Garrison Tyrannus.
