I got a brand new 2023 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe about two weeks ago from NYC and drove it down to Georgia. At the dealership the check engine light was on and the dealer wiped it and said “it’s because we installed a new battery today”. A few hours into my drive the light is back on, and then I get hit with a dangerous issue - I lose power to the pedal and the speed starts to drop up to 10-15 mph, maxing me at 25% power. I would pump the pedal or go pedal to the metal and get no response what so ever for about 10-15 seconds then the car goes back to driving normal. Since then I’ve been getting that problem constantly when I’m driving on the highway. I asked one Jeep dealer and they said “we’ve seen this problem before and there’s no fix for it” and other Jeep dealers said they’ve never dealt or heard of that problem. I’m wondering if anyone encountered this problem and fixed it or what did you do?
