Best 4WD for $15k ?¿?¿

I'm a Medical Courier in Baltimore. I'm looking for some advice on what to buy. 4Runner is the top of the list.. but, with my budget I'd be looking at something 15-20 years old or something with 200k miles. What do YOU think??

I got a 2003 limited with 98k miles a few years ago. New wheels bigger tires 2 1/2 inch lift kit and some rock sliders and it's the perfect vehicle for me

O yeah I have replaced some gaskets, a radiator, brakes, some hoses. Finally got it mostly dialed in about 18 months ago
