Hi So I just did my three month check up a little bit ago and just got my blood work back. I’m sitting at 17 test and 199 estrogen. When I went in for the blood test they allowed me to double my estradiol dose from 4mg to 8mg, sublingually.

My question is, would this possibly be unsafe for me? I am feeling so much better in many ways mentally but I do worry for health effects as I understand it you want your estrogen right around 200.

They approved the doubled dose as just a test because the planned parenthood by me is based. Also, because I said I was feeling basically withdrawal symptoms about 3 hours before the next needed dose giving me mood swings.
