Want to Install Trailer Hitch for my 2007 V6 4WD, Concerned that Spare Tire is in the way.

I am moving out of state and will need a trailer to haul some of my junk with me. My 2007 V6 4WD has a spare tire mounted underneath the rear of the vehicle. I have been trying to do some research to see if this hitch (part no. e45AR) can be mounted without having to remove the spare tire or the metal its attached to. I posted a link to the hitch in the comments. As always appreciate y’alls help!
