Is this a BAD Sound?

I started my ‘07 SR5 (V6 w/ 4WD) and I heard this almost ticking like sound when the engine was idling. I am wondering if it is something normal, a non-issue, or something that needs to get checked out immediately. Besides than the noise she runs fine, no other noticeable issues.
