LG UBK90 player skipping issues

I was watching Scream VI last night on my 4K disc and it was playing perfectly fine until the third act when it started skipping uncontrollably. I took it out, gave it a light clean with a microfiber cloth, and did a software upgrade through the Initalize feature. I replayed that part of the movie and it played without issue thankfully, but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced skipping issues with this player?
