So last summer I bought a 70 inch LG UHD tv from Best Buy. It had been working fine till this week when all of a sudden our cable stopped working. We call Comcast and the tech came over to check the cable box.
Long story short, he has the power outage we had last week knocked off our HDMI circuits and we can no longer watch tv. He tried the box in an old tv and it worked fine. He then placed some antenna connector and we got the LG tv working but not in the 1080 picture.
Is this common? Is there anything I can do or do I basically need a new tv?
