So I've finally determined the TV size I want at 65", and I'm down to 3 models. Both the S90C are priced at $1599, while the G3 is $2299.

S90C

Pros: QD-OLED, brighter than C3

Cons: Questionable quality control/build quality, subpar processing/motion compare to LG, picture looks a little flat compared to G3, need to keep TV offline due to possible firmware updates nerfing picture

C3

Pros: $700 cheaper than G3, better processing/motion than S90C

Cons: Not as bright as S90C or G3

G3

Pros: Best picture quality overall among the three (IMO), brighter than S90C and especially C3, better processing/motion and OS than S90C, 5 year warranty on panel

Cons: More expensive than S90C and C3, doesn't come with a stand, so separate stand will have to be purchased adding another $200 to the cost

At Best Buy when viewing these I was drawn to the G3 the most. The S90C also looked very good, but the G3 "popped" more and seemed to have a more 3D effect.

The C3 seemed very dim, but not sure if that was only because I was comparing next to the G3. I would pick the S90C right off the bat for its value, however I'm just worried about quality control and lackluster processing.

My use case is for movie watching only. Mostly 4K UHD blu rays, and maybe a few regular blu rays here and there. It will be in a light controlled room, so I can make it as dark as I want. That said, I still love a bright TV. But maybe the C3 will be bright enough for my dark room?

Any suggestions or advice which one I should buy is appreciated.
