Replacing 12 yr old plasma

Post Body

Wanting to replace my 12ish year old plasma. Budgets about $2k. 65". I have a few different questions I'm hoping to get some answers on. I have read that OLEDs are not the best for a bright room. There is no direct sunlight but there are big windows on either side of the TV. So I have been leaning towards the X90L for that reason

Probably 90% of content is from streaming services. Maybe 10% sports.

With My living room being pretty bright, are OLEDs similar to the plasma I already have in terms of brightness? Like if my current TV seems a little dim with that be how an OLED will look?

My next question would be viewing angle. A lot of times I'll have the TV on while cooking in the kitchen. I've read the X90L doesn't have as wide of a viewing angle as OLEDs do, is this true? If I'm not on the couch will the X90L look bad?

If I have to mount the TV high is my best bet to just get a good tilt mount to angle the TV down?
