I just wanted to put a thanks out to everyone in this sub.

For the last two weeks I've been researching tvs, with the information in threads here being paramount.

I originally was going to get a TCL Q7 without thinking of another option. I can't even remember why I decided to do some research, but I jumped from the Q7 to leaning towards a Sony X90K pretty quick for only a few hundred more.

From there, and reading more and more comparisons and advice, my budget quickly climbed beyond what I originally anticipated hahah. Looked at LG B3, C2, C3, Sony A90K & J, TCL QM8, etc.

I pulled the trigger today on a Sony A80K that I found a very good deal on (55" for $1,300 CAD).
