That's shockingly mature advice.
The tough reality is that you might as well homeschool the kid if you're gonna move a lot. Research shows that vast majority of things required to not wind up a fuckup with perpetual anxiety you learn between 11 and 16 with 16-26 being when you implement those lessons and untangle the fuckups.
