It's quuiiiiiiiickly becoming about as 'rebellious' as listening to AC/DC. I'm not sure if you recall, but a a couple decades ago having frosted tips became such a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuugeeeee Bad Boy™ thing that eventually even Gordon Ramsey wore 'em, which is when they promptly fell out of fashion.
Tats are very rapidly becoming the same.
