Anyone else dealt with a parasitic battery or major electrical issue on newer models?

Judge me later, help me now if you can. We have a 2021 Limited that's roughly 14 months old and about 10k miles on it. About 2 weeks ago the auto-start feature on the fob started giving us complications including locking up the steering wheel and forcing a shut down/restart.

Fast forward to today, the car is completely dead. Had a neighbor jump us with his FJ. Stayed connected for 10 minutes and the engine wouldn't even turn over. Electrical came back but that was it. We're now waiting for a tow truck, but has anyone dealt with these types of issues on the newer models!? TIA.
