Post Body

So I got my first 4runner earlier this year, brand new 2021 model and recently had to put the 2nd row seats down but I couldn't get it to lay completely flat. They only went down to about 90 degrees and with the bottom seat (the part where you sit) still up. I looked online and read the manual but each time they have levers or straps that mine don't have. For example I don't have the lever to lower the head rest or the strap to pull up the bottom seat. I only have the 1 lever on the side of the bottom seat that pushes the back seat (where you lay your back on) down but the bottom seat seems to be in the way along with the head rest. My 3rd row is also kinda broken as one of the bottom seats don't lift all the way. Was there some kind of problem when they installed the leather seats? I got them changed out the day after I took the car home so didn't have time to really look through the car completely. I can add pictures later for better reference.

Edit: I think different 4runners have the seats differently. I've seen videos where you pull the bottom seat up and then the back seat down and some where you can only pull the back seat down and mine is the second one
