For 2016 4Runner is this a normal level of rust. Also is this a good price?

I’m looking to purchase a 2016 sr5 premium trim with 90k. Based on these photos is this a level of rust I should be concerned about?

Also, asking price is 27k for 90k from dealer. I’ve negotiated a trade in on a high mileage 2010 CRV to 7k to bring the OTD with taxes and fees to 23.5. I don’t have the time to private sell my car and car max offered 4.5k for it. Would y’all consider this a good value buy?

Thought that was mine for a sec lol
