Neutral safety switch

There’s not that much out there on getting the gen 5 neutral safety switch off. So here’s what we painstakingly learned.
- Don’t give up, put a torch right onto the post and slowly pry the old one off. The old one with melt off of its metal and tear away
- The remaining metal on the post…also torch it. And poke at it. That metal is soft and melts relatively easy
- There is a rubber gasket behind all that metal, we didn’t find it til we took everything off. Fortunately it didn’t melt but be careful.
The biggest thing. Don’t give up. It will come off. Took nearly 4 hours just heating and prying.
