Does your guy's 5th Gen engine have a slight whine to it?

For context. I bought this car used and it's suspension is not stock, so the fact that my engine has a whine to it makes me thing it miiight not be stock either. All clips of 4Runner 0-60's I can find on line have no whine to them, but I imagine it might be pretty hard to catch with a portable camera mic. I've popped the hood and can't identify anything that looks like a supercharger, and I've never driven another 4Runner so I can't compare it mine feels stock or not.
