Easy fix ?

Tried plugging in raptor lights to tail/ignition fuse and now this won’t go away . Tried backup key fob thinking it was battery problem but no dice 👎 Also , still don’t have a fuse port for raptor lights , if any advice on that as well . Thanks peeps!
