Gasoline: regular or premium?

Only ever had European cars so premium was required. My ‘23 ORP is planned to be a forever car until it dies. Want this to last as long as possible with the most minimal issues, does the gas make a huge difference or should I not worry? Don’t know much if there gets build up and the valves need to be cleaned or what not. Thanks
