I really want to track when my new bong is coming, but it's extremely difficult to accurately track it, or even talk to a real human who can give me details on the condition of my order. I would let the order come whenever & wouldn't be stressed out about it, if it weren't for the fact that I wanted to get this bong for my birthday.

They originally said it'd come to me by the 14th (today), which is only 2 days after my birthday so I'm like whatever thats chill. Now they're saying it won't get here until the 20th, like wtf? I ordered it on the 11th, bro, maybe even the 10th. Thing is too, I'm only in Cali, there's just 2 states btwn me & everythingfor420 which is in TX. So why would it take that long? It's just frustrating & anxiety provoking asf now, I don't think I'll be ordering from them again for this reason. And if I do, I'll have to pay extra for better shipping which is kind of bull.
