Does it matter when you take a detox drink?

Got a question. I'm in the middle of quitting weed, and I have a job interview that requires a piss test. It's only been two weeks since I quit, so I bought a detox drink to rid the system of THC. Will it matter when I take the drink, or will it flush everything and I can take it right now?
