Weis gluten free box mix using home made pot butter.

Hey! So the cookies were just a box weis brand. To make them extra, I added extra mini semi sweet chocolate chip, and I did about 1/4 cup of pot butter with about 1 tablespoons of unsalted butter and a splash of water. The dough is extra sticky like this, and I rolled it into balls. To give it a nutty taste and keep them from sticking, I use alil olive oil on the pan.
