Morning all! This is a question primarily for the women in the group, but happy to hear from you men too βΊοΈ
Bit of cheating here as I'm not 40 until December but I wanted to know if there was anything that you wished someone had told you about reaching your 40's, specifically in regards to extra self care, physical changes, mental health changes?
I'm leaving my 30's and would like to stay as healthy as possible coming into my 40's. It will probably include giving up the booze. I am just not capable of hangovers anymore!
What advice would you give?
