So, I'm a bit at a loss of to interpret this power, and I'm the user of it.
Is it supposed to work as:
Focus power test - 1st.
Opposed Willpower test - 2nd
Then snare using toughness minus PR/2 - 3rd?
Then, does it take any action to maintain the target snared if it fails each turn, or does it stay restrained until it breaks free with no need for concentration on my part?
If not, I could, hypothetically, just "Crush" 6 different creatures in 6 turns, assuming I win every test and they fail all their toughness checks. Or am I reading this all wrong?
Edit: Formatting and adding the "Crush" power here from page 209 of the core rulebook:
Crush
Rather than using his abilities to turn inanimate objects into weapons, the telekine focuses directly on his enemy to squeeze him in an invisible fist of power. Unless the target can repel the psychokinetic assault, he is bludgeoned horridly. Even should he survive, the overwhelming psychic force nonetheless pins him in place under a tremendous weight.
